What we keep, and what we do not.

Last updated 19 September 2026

01Your account

Anyone can create an account for themselves. We ask for an email address and the name you play under — no password. You sign in with a one-time code we email you, or with Google. One account is for one person.

02What we keep

Your email, your name, your mission progress (which missions are finished and the code in your editor), and your plan. There is no password to keep: each sign-in code works once and expires after 10 minutes.

03Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your card details go straight to them — we never see or store them. We keep only your plan, and when it renews or ends.

04Where it is kept

On our own servers, encrypted in transit, with access limited to the people who run Mars Base.

05What we do not do

No advertising. No selling anyone’s details. No third-party trackers on this site. If we ever add analytics, it will be the kind that counts visits without building profiles of people.

06Email

Account emails: sign-in codes, receipts and notices about your account — these always come. Mission updates: now and then, news of new missions and features, on by default; every one has a one-click unsubscribe, or turn them off in your account. Anything else, like a newsletter, only if you tick a box to ask for it.

07Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account removes your progress for good. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

08Asking us

Email support@mars-base.com.my or message us on WhatsApp, and a person will answer.
